The Handbook will form part of Elgar's series of Research Handbooks on Legal Education and the Legal Profession, and is aimed at a wide academic, student and expert practitioner audience. It will be a carefully designed exploration of key developments and challenges in advancing EDI in access to law schools and the legal profession throughout the world. Leading researchers and practitioners from each continent will provide in-depth analysis of EDI initiatives shaping the different stages of law student journeys, from pre-law to practice, via formal university education and transition to practice, in their respective jurisdictions.
